BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Buffalo police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred at the Pine Harbor Apartments on Seventh Street. The victim, a 30-year-old woman, was rushed to ECMC and later pronounced dead. Authorities are actively looking into the incident.
