A 36-year-old Buffalo man, Dominic Melendez, has been charged with second-degree murder for fatally stabbing a woman in Buffalo's Columbus neighborhood. The incident occurred at the Pine Harbor Apartments on Seventh Street. Buffalo Police have arrested Melendez following the stabbing.
