In a disturbing discovery, a 22-year-old convicted murderer was arrested after cutting off his GPS monitoring device while attending classes at an Orange County community college. The Orange County Probation Department revealed that Jose Angel Aguilar, 22, was serving time for a murder he committed in 2021 at the age of 17.
