A masked prowler was caught on video near Nancy Guthrie's home in Tucson, Arizona, nearly three months after she vanished, according to reports. News 4 Tucson reported that a masked person was caught on a Ring Camera stealing cacti from one of Guthrie's neighbors' homes. The report indicated that the video "surprised" Guthrie's neighbors, who said law enforcement presence in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood "remained heightened."
