Terrance Lewis, 51, was arrested at Blackjacks Gentlemen's Club in South Elgin after getting lap dances and refusing to pay. He mentioned having rifles, threatened staff, and kicked officers during arrest. Despite having cash on him, he chose jail over paying the disputed bill. He's due back in court June 11.
