Crisitian Vasquez Alvarenga, 25, assaulted relatives, stole their car at knifepoint and kidnapped the driver Saturday night in Fairfax County. Police chased him from Virginia into D.C. and Maryland before he fled on foot in Oxon Hill. He remains at large.
