Alexandra Hover, 26, was a passenger on a motorcycle when a Volkswagen driven by a 69-year-old man from Florida struck it Friday evening in Auglaize County. The motorcycle driver and the car's passenger suffered serious injuries. Investigators say alcohol and drugs weren't factors.
