John Benz, 58, was pulled over on his three-wheeled motorcycle doing 60 in a 45-mph zone in Lady Lake. His license was indefinitely suspended for unpaid fines and he had eight prior convictions for driving without a valid license. He was also operating an unregistered vehicle.
