Ioan Rostas, 36, was found in a parked vehicle with forged IDs, new clothing with tags, and perfume bottles. Police say he was part of a retail theft ring operating along the East Coast. He pleaded guilty to illegally re-entering the U.S. after deportation and faces up to two years in prison at sentencing in July.
