Kathleen Feeney, 45, refused to stop for troopers on Route 101 in Hampton around 7:45 a.m. on June 11. The chase continued to Auburn where she hit another vehicle but kept fleeing. Tire devices stopped her near Hookset Road. She faces felony reckless conduct charges.
