In a bizarre incident at a Vallejo hotel, Gregory Scott II, 40, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, stabbed another man and then called 911 to report the crime. Police quickly responded to the scene on Admiral Callaghan Lane on Feb. 15 and arrested Scott.
