BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Jacklyn Balabis and Parris Woods are accused of physically abusing a 7-year-old child, leading to hospitalization for hypothermia and injuries. The Erie County District Attorney's Office has filed fifteen counts against the couple for the alleged child abuse.
