Ashlee Buzzard, a Lompoc mother, faces charges of first-degree murder in the shooting death of her 9-year-old daughter, Melodee Buzzard. After a multi-state search, Buzzard is back in court for a preliminary hearing. She has pleaded not guilty to the accusations.
