Inwoo Kim, 42, and Daniel Lee, 56, were charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud, accused of stealing $120 million by bribing patients to enroll in social adult day cares and submit unneeded prescriptions to a pharmacy. They face up to 10 years in prison.
