Carl Cacconie, 51, disappeared before sentencing in August after being convicted of six counts of lewd acts with a child under 14. He staged a suicide, leaving a note and abandoning his phone and wallet in San Francisco. An FBI task force tracked him to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he was arrested.
