Christopher Rodgers, 42, pleaded guilty to three counts of vehicular manslaughter after a head-on collision on Highway 70 killed a teenager, a couple, and severely injured two others. Records show he had four prior DUI convictions spanning 20 years. Sentencing is July 13.
