Police identified 18-year-old Jamario Baker as the victim of Wednesday's shooting at Sem Yeto Continuation High School's graduation ceremony. Three others, ages 11, 20, and 25, were also shot. About 1,000 people were at the event when gunfire erupted around 7:15 p.m. No arrests have been made yet.
