Jeffrey Wilson appeared in court Friday facing charges of aggravated menacing, felonious assault, and abduction. Surveillance video from Memorial Day shows his truck coming inches from a child on a bicycle. He's accused of also trying to grab another child. Wilson remains in jail with strict no-contact orders if released.
