Olufemi Siffre Jr., 30, faces two first-degree murder charges in the February deaths of Brittnee McMillon, 26, and Jerrell Westmoreland, 29. Surveillance video shows him approaching their vehicle behind the 1300 block of East Armour Boulevard before shots were fired. He's held on $300,000 bond.
