A Cessna jet plummeted onto Loop 20 in Laredo Tuesday night, bursting into flames. Passengers jumped from the burning wreckage as bystanders smashed windows to free trapped survivors. The aircraft was flying from Mexico to Austin when it went down. Investigators are determining the cause.
