In a disturbing discovery, a teenager was taken to juvenile hall after speeding more than 50 mph on an electric dirt bike through a neighborhood and fleeing from law enforcement, the Rancho Cordova Police Department said Thursday. The incident occurred when officers spotted the 14-year-old e-bike rider go past a stop sign without stopping, leading to a high-speed chase.
