Dewayne Garrison, 52, of Texas was arrested after wood spilled from his tractor-trailer onto southbound lanes near exit 64 in Westbrook on September 5. The debris triggered a chain-reaction crash that killed Nicholas Kupec, 39. Garrison faces negligent homicide and other charges. His bond is set at $50,000.
