Diana Smith, 45, was arraigned virtually from Bellevue Hospital and set on $10,000 bail. She's accused of attacking a 23-year-old nurse on the C train in May while shouting antisemitic slurs. Smith has six prior arrests for disturbing behavior. She returns to court Sept. 3.
